Like other dance classes, burlesque class has a lot of health benefits. It's a great cardio workout where you'll sweat and even build stamina and endurance for the next time.

Dance clothes, Yoga clothes, Workout clothes, etc are all terrific! You may want to avoid anything too baggy so you can see the progress you are making towards moving various parts of your body.

You'll be taught a basic repertoire of dance moves and tricks, all woven into an exciting routine. After a bit of practice, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your newfound routine to each other. And within that routine, there's always a special moment dedicated to the guest of honor.
