Broken screens or other physical damage are not covered under our standard warranty, so you will have to pay for the repair separately. In most cases liquid damage will cause a major malfunction. Again liquid damage is not covered under our standard warranty and cannot be repaired.

Simply contact Motorola customer support, and a Moto Care agent will initiate the repair at a Motorola-authorized service center.

Motorola Mobile Service Centers are spread across India covering all major cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad & Mumbai apart from other cities and towns.

Moto is selling smartphones in India since last few years and I have experience of availing the services of Moto. They have good service in India. I am not sure about all the centrrs. Some of them may have problems due to management like other brands but overall they are good.
