In 2002, Dr. Nikolaidis founded Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in Austin. The practice has grown from a solo practice to a multi-specialty group practice comprised of 19 locations and 49 physicians serving Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas.
