Hypnosis is the direct way to seed suggestion into the subconscious mind of the client, whereas NLP is an indirect way of doing the same. NLP is way more subtle than the Hypnosis. In NLP, we use Conversational Hypnosis. The client or the listener doesn't know that Hypnosis is being used on him or her.
