After collecting all the treasures and resurrecting John, the save file on the file select will show a stamp of John giving a thumbs up, labeled "John Approved".

A rock falls on Peppino's (if playing with Swap Mode on) or The Noise's head and Doise is dragged offscreen and brutally killed by Peddito, ending the fight.

John Gutter is the first level in Pizza Tower, and is the first level of the Tower Lobby. This level serves as a testing ground for the player to get an understanding of the game's base mechanics.

Unlocked by getting to every PTG (Pizza Tower Guy) in every level! PTG is a secret NPC who appears in every level in the game, excluding bosses. He disappears after one minute, so you'll have to be very quick! Pro-tip: after seeing PTG you still must finish the level, or else it won't count towards getting the outfit!
