The relaunched Red Spot is a 15 year old single pot still Irish whiskey, comprised of three different whiskeys aged separately then blended. One is matured in Oloroso sherry casks, one is aged in bourbon casks, and the final one is initially aged in bourbon casks before being finished in Marsala wine casks.

Red Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has matured for over 15 years in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Spanish sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks, all contributing in rich and complex flavours, making it the top spot in the range.

Mitchell & Son At first the family business began as a bakery café whereby women were sneakily served whiskey from 'teapots' and 'teacups' alongside men. The Mitchells quickly endeared themselves to Dublin's ladies who lunch, and later in the century would switch to wine importing and whiskey bonding.
