Skill Development Institute (SDI), Bhubaneswar; A not-for-profit philanthropic initiative of Oil PSUs under the aegis of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt of India ; established for Developing Job Skills, Employability & Entrepreneurship of youth of Odisha and other parts of Eastern Region of the country.

Besides training of unemployed youth, SDI-B also organizes programs like training of trainers, corporate training programs, internship training to engineering students etc. leveraging institute's excellent infrastructure.
