Fake reviews and other fraudulent activities are often exposed by our community members who notify us via our whistleblower function. Verified reviewers and businesses. We always work on making our community as secure and trustworthy as possible — and we believe everyone can make a difference!

Find the review you want to flag and click on the flag icon. Confirm that you're not from the reviewed company. If you do represent that company, you'll be asked to flag the review via your Trustpilot Business account. Choose the reason you're flagging the review and click Next.

Where a reviewer repeatedly breaches our Guidelines for Reviewers, such as posting fake or harmful reviews, or threatening businesses in any way, we'll suspend or block access to their Trustpilot profile.
