The main ingredients of Mot Hoi An are lime and lemongrass, along with famous herbs such as licorice, jasmine, chrysanthemum, lotus leaf, ginger, cinnamon, and other ingredients. All are mixed together to create a drink that is both sweet and sophisticated, which everyone falls in love with.

Small amounts of black, white and oolong tea are produced, but green tea is by far the most popular variety of tea in Vietnam and is usually enjoyed plain, without extra flavourings. However, fresh, flower-scented teas are also popular in many areas.

Pure green tea is the standard tea in Vietnam. A high-grade Vietnamese green tea, especially from the Tân Cương commune of Thái Nguyên, has a strong bitter taste on the tip of the tongue, but later transforms to deep, lingering sweetness. Lotus tea (trà sen) is a specialty product of the Vietnamese tea industry.

The mix of different plants, like polygonum multiflorum and red sage, brings special substances called flavonoids that are good for preserving cells and making you feel younger.
