Make one small change! You will never lose weight if you never get started. Getting started does NOT have to mean that you begin a full blown diet and exercise plan. Many of us are not ready or we simply do not want to make such a commitment at this time. Rather than doing nothing, consider making one small change that will improve your diet or exercise. For example, swapping one can of soda for water saves you about 150 calories per day or about 1.3 pounds per month. Doing nothing is your worst choice, so begin with one small change, add more changes later.
