Train Strong Fit announces the opening of its second Central Virginia location in Mechanicsville. The gym will officially open on Saturday, December 30th, at 8 a.m. ET, with a full day of scheduled events and activities to introduce TSF’s unique fitness programming to the local community. "We believe we've built the premiere fitness facility in the area, and we're excited to show off all the features and amenities to the local community,” Train Strong Fit, LLC – owner Stephanie Ward said. “Our Certified Personal Trainers are professional caliber with years of experience in an array of training disciplines, and they are eager to share their knowledge and passion for fitness with our members." Located at 7474 Lee Davis Road, this second facility will offer Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training and Youth Training for middle & high school students and athletes. This new location will mirror their existing location at 11211 Air Park Road #7 in the Hanover Air Park. The Ashland, VA location has been operating a thriving and successful fitness program since September 1, 2014. At the Grand Opening - Open House on Saturday, December 30th, 2017 Train Strong Fit will be offering 45-minute class demonstrations at 8:00 a.m., 10 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. There will also be raffles and giveaways hosted throughout the day.
