For it really doesn't matter what dark you are trying to achieve, it matters what TONE that darker color is. When a Hairdresser applies a blonde color, they always pay attention to the tone of the blonde. Why is it, that most hairdressers don't really notice the tone of the darker color? They don't really know how very important that perspective is. When I see your darker hair, the first thing I will notice is the tone. Choosing the wrong tone can ruin your entire look. It can make you look harsh, and actually add years onto your look. Egads. But with a properly skilled Hairdresser who does a lot of color, you should be able to come up with the correct tone, and just like your make up, it will enhance your look, while at the same time adding more color for Fall to avoid being washed out.
