Note that these were all detached single dwellings located within the municipalities of Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview. Almost half of the sales were between 100 and 200 thousand. The real estate market in metro Moncton still favours the buyers. So buyers should be sure that their real estate representative is 100% working on their behalf.
