The Grafton MA condo market in Q1 of 2018 was very active, even with the terrible weather we had. As of March 31, we had 11 condos sold. (Basically the same number of solds as Q1 2017). The difference however, is that we ended March 2018 with hardly any inventory. In March 2017 we had 13 units listed for sale, and as of March 2018 we only have 7. This lack of inventory has doubled the approximate absorption rate over last year at this time to almost 120%. Buyers in 2018 must be Pre-Approved and strategic in order to win bidding wars in this market!
