We are a small Engineering Contracting company working in San Luis Obispo. We install, repair and replace sewer, gas and water lines. We repair and replace whole house foundations. We are a complete service company meaning we have an excellent relationship with the City/County permitting and inspection agencies. We will secure the building/encroachment permits and perform the work in its entirety. We do not outsource to sub-contractors but rather are responsible for the whole project. We will replace concrete and/or pavement sections ourselves as well as perform our own lifting of buildings. We have been in business locally for 35 years. We have our own equipment and operate them with seasoned personnel. Please call if we may be of any help.
