Applied mindfulness: discovery of inner peace Living in mindfulness means knowing our true nature. Knowing our true nature means, living in peace and happiness. Living in continued peace is transcending the mind. Transcending the mind, is to change the default setting that creates likes, dislikes, pain and pleasure. Like/ dislike – people, place, objects, events create impressions in the mind. Impressions are stored as memories. When mind works on us, memories repeat itself. Repetition of memory is living in ignorance. Mindfulness is living in wisdom. The regular practice with wisdom dissolves these impressions and awaken to happiness. Pleasure is short-lived. It is an experience of temporary happiness with people, places, and objects. When we meditate, mind discovers the continued happiness deep within, beyond the mind. That is why all meditation/ mindfulness are defined as ‘transcending the mind’. The mindfulness when applied becomes a journey of life. The journey means, we live in extraordinary awareness to educate, discipline the mind in the beginning, enjoy when mind changes and drops its likes and dislikes, empowers the mind to drop any conflict before they take ground and awaken to inner peace which is our essential nature Contact us Manage pain (anxiety, stress, physical pain, ADD, PTSD etc.) Discover inner peace and happiness Write to us for 15 m Free Consultation info@girishjha.org http://www.girishjha.org (Read disclaimer at http://www.girishjha.org/disclaimer)
