Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock at other local dealers or aftermarket sources (when needed). Notify service personnel when special order parts or back-ordered parts are received. Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service and sales departments. Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer fore return or due to damaged parts. Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the model and year of vehicle being serviced. Maintain cleanliness of parts and accessories department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly. Qualifications and Skills Applicant should have computer proficiency, be team oriented and be flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Have the ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis (heavy parts, tires, rims, etc.). Have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
