Before committing to the old Dutch Boy brownfield project, we did a final tour of the site recently (what a change in weather from 2 weeks ago!) The site is 5 acres and its in a prime location close to City Solar, the largest urban solar plant in the United States. Along with our proposed creation of a dense urban forest, the two attractions will build on a growing green development in the Pullman area. Nearby popular initiatives include Method soaps ultra green factory and Gotham Greens two massive greenhouses.
