This is one of our commonly used pre-fabricated orthotics, it does come with a top cover, either 3/4 or full length for use in an everyday shoe or a shoe with a removable lining. A polypropylene shell provides excellent support, but still allowing some movement. Is available in different heights- which is directed by clinical assessment.
