Today is a great day for the Algarve. Thanks to the charitable association Abrigo dos Animais and volunteers of the Animal Rescue Algarve, one of the largest animal sanctuaries in Portugal will be born. The story behind this project is simply inspiring. Finally, news of even more hope for hundreds of abandoned and ill-treated animals in our region. Having been involved in this project for 3 months and seeing the dedication given by this organisation and indeed by all animal lovers in the Facebook groups and pages I have frequented, I am sure if everyone keeps up the great work and involvement things can be changed for the better. I implore you... please get to know them and support this mega project that will bring positive news and help to all Animals in the Algarve! What a noble example! I take my hat off to you all 🙂
