A K2 Boundary Survey is a common residential survey that notes all exterior points of interest/improvement on a property. Fences, drives, buildings, ohanas, utilities and all other improvements and additions will be noted on this survey. Once the survey has been completed, a map will be prepared and given to the client. K-2 surveys are boundary surveys requested on a real estate purchase contract.
