CNN 10 is a daily news show for students over 13 and other viewers who want to learn about current events and global issues in 10 minutes or less. We represent all sides of a story equally: no opinion; no slant; just the facts. And we have a little fun while doing it!

If you actually watched… Teacher and parent here. While, CNN itself does have a left lean, CNN10 is truly reporting the facts, no opinion and no analysis added. It does talk about what is actually going on in the world so I do recommend it for middle school and up, but not elementary school.

On September 8, 2022, Wire was made anchor of seasonal news program CNN 10, replacing former host Carl Azuz.

CNN 10 can be used as a starting point for a variety of activities. For instance, post a discussion question of the day related to a news topic and ask students to talk in small groups about how the story affects them. Ask students to choose a story of interest and probe into it for more depth.
